灵初智能创立于2024年，是一家专注于攻克具身智能灵巧操作难题的前沿科技公司。公司汇聚了来自机器人产业及顶尖学府的顶尖人才，并与北京大学共建联合实验室，以端到端PSI系列模型为核心构建软件工具链。灵初智能自主研发的Psi-SynEngine具身数采引擎，能够以极低成本获取海量高质量真实场景数据，已在真实物流客户仓库完成小规模场景验证，实现了分拣效率的实质性突破。成立之初，公司即获得高瓴创投、蓝驰创投等知名机构投资，并于2026年3月宣布完成累计20亿元的天使轮及Pre-A轮融资，获得国开金融、国投先导、徐汇资本等多家“国家队”及产业资本的鼎力支持，成为国家具身智能战略布局下的核心创新力量。 Psibot, founded in 2024, is a frontier tech company dedicated to solving the challenges of dexterous manipulation in embodied AI. Bringing together top talent from the robotics industry and leading academia, we've established a joint lab with Peking University, building a software toolchain centered on our end-to-end PSI series models.
Our proprietary Psi-SynEngine embodied data collection engine enables large-scale, high-quality real-world data acquisition at minimal cost. We've already completed small-scale validation in real logistics warehouse facilities, achieving substantial breakthroughs in sorting efficiency.
From inception, we've attracted investment from renowned institutions including Hillhouse Ventures and BlueRun Ventures. In March 2026, we announced the completion of a cumulative 2 billion RMB Series Angel and Pre-A financing, backed by SDIC Financial, SDIC Vanguard, Xuhui Capital, and other state-owned and industry capital partners — establishing ourselves as a core innovation force in the national embodied AI strategy.
